It seems that the speaker is comparing having sex with God to an atheist’s situation with an unrelated deity. It would be like saying, “I can’t believe my wife is doing it with Satan,” or “I can’t believe my daughter is doing it with the Tooth Fairy.” It is inappropriate to compare two things in this way.
